In an active scene, the number of occupants must not exceed the functioning seats within a vehicle (excluding the trunk). For instance, in a two-seater vehicle, you may have three occupants (two seated and one in the trunk). In a five-seater, the limit would be six occupants (five seated and one in the trunk). Carrying individuals within vehicles during active scenes is considered Low-quality Roleplay and Powergaming, except for instances such as transporting someone for medical purposes, which is permissible.
