Section 0 - Basic Guidelines

Your account is solely your responsibility. The ruleset and guidelines apply universally, irrespective of any reasons provided. This encompasses your actions within our community, including but not limited to FiveM, Discord, and any other accounts used for interaction, socializing, or playing at Synergy RP.

Discord

This section applies directly to the conduct we uphold on our Discord server - failure to abide could result in consequences relevant to your actions.

Do Not:

• Post gore, pornography, or other explicit material.

• Post any personal information about yourself or others.

• Harass other members of the community (Including via Direct Messages)

• Act in a toxic or insulting manner; keep the conversation constructive.

• Spam offensive materials; e.g. Words, Symbols, Images, Links, GIFs, Emojis.

• Talk about specific violations or rule breaks in public channels; open a ticket.

• Talk about specific actions taken by the staff team as a result of violations/ rule breaks; open a ticket.

• Talk about any political or religious topics/views unless there is an appropriate channel for it.

Ticketing/Contacting Staff

While the team is generally open to discussion unless it is an urgent issue (Someone hacking for example, or a serious server issue) please refrain from messaging and calling staff directly within their DMs, and instead use the ticket system (#open-a-ticket in Discord) to report players, issues, comps, etc. This is to ensure the team can handle requests in an effective manner. All reports need to be made within 72 hours of the scene ending, this is excluding reports that may have to do with any form of harassment, or endangerment to anyone within the community. - Clips can be of any length, however staff do reserve the right to ask for clips that provide more context to the situation.
