Crim Baiting

Just as a criminal can bait officers, so can officers to criminals. An officer should not approach criminals with the intent of provoking them. This does not include trying to have a normal conversation or the performance of a "sting operation." More specifically, don't approach somebody who hasn't and has not reasonably suspected to have committed a crime and then proceed to 'shit-talk' or coerce them in order to arrest them.
