  1. Section 2 - Large Offences (Heavy 3-7 SP)

Breaking Character

(Heavy 3-4 SP)

Always stay in character. There are other means to speak out of character when necessary, but doing it directly through your character breaks the immersion for yourself, and everyone around you. You can use references to help new players.

Generally, out-of-character topics include but are not limited to referencing rules, reporting another player, or something that doesn't make sense in-city. This includes Roleplay checking; please finish the scene and make a ticket.

Do Not:

Behave, move, place/use (decorations) unrealistically while disregarding roleplay.

Force somebody to withdraw money or items from banks, properties, or other secure containers that you cannot otherwise access.

Initiate any kind of bank/store robbery/heist 30 minutes around (before or after) scheduled server restarts.

Inject yourself into an ongoing situation, especially to steal from the parties involved.

Instantly repair your vehicle during a police pursuit using LS Customs or Benny's. Using a repair kit of some sort is allowed.

Play music through your microphone when it doesn't make sense.

Randomly, repetitively, and/or completely rob another player of items without roleplay reason or just for financial gain Especially while they are unresponsive (idling/AFK). Including but not limited to player-owned businesses, vehicles, houses, Shoot a complying hostage unless police are refusing reasonable demands.

Toggle your hood or trunk while inside the vehicle to avoid being shot.

Provide poor interaction while arresting, detaining, or restraining players. While putting another player into a situation where they are anchored by handcuffs or a prison cell, you should provide them with good interaction. Essentially, talk to them; keep them engaged.

Place unrealistic or immersive breaking scenes (text or images). Including, but not limited to, text spam, out-of-character information, or other obnoxious imagery.

Commit felonious crimes inside police stations (such as MRPD) or the courthouse. Realistically, these areas would have a high police presence at all times.

Interfere in robberies or be an onlooker (hanging out across the street). For example, if X is doing a Pacific Standard Heist, you cannot enter the bank - you also may not hang out across the street to watch. This will be constituted as not valuing your life, and you will be suspended/banned.

Give a lack of roleplay when injured/down; use "/me" etc to provide roleplay to the person treating you, whether that's PD or EMS.

Vehicle carrying - If your car is a 2 seater: You can have 2 people sit in the vehicle, and 1 in the trunk. NO CARRYING. IF you have a 4+ seater, you can have one person in the back seat carry the extra as well as someone in the trunk. DRIVERS SHOULD NEVER CARRY.

Abusing /911 to harass, bait, threaten, or taunt PD/EMS.

If you are on your side: You may speak but act / play out your injuries. If you're talking while down and not sounding injured this will result in points/bans for LQRP/ Fail RP.

If you are FLAT ON YOUR BACK: You are unconscious, you should not be talking.

Please use /me to RP out injuries so the medical response knows what's wrong and how to treat you. Talking while flat on your back will result in points/ban for LQRP/ Fail RP.
